25 days of Zelda: Finished

man this file sure is huge now, isn't it? fullview might take some time to load, but I hope you like looking at all the characters.

My very small tribute to the 25 years Zelda has given us Every day for 25 days, I added a character to count down to Skyward sword. I put a lot of time into this, and I hope you like it!

I'll share my memories and feelings about the characters displayed, so please feel free to share with me your own memories of the Zelda series
Guys, I am so sorry but I am disabling comments on this now. Why? because no one reads or talks about the games very much, and I am getting a little annoyed with people asking why I didn't draw their favorite character.

day 1: -Zelda1 Link- _{obviously I would put him in, right? actually, Link and Zelda are such an important icon for the series they make a few appearances in this project. why did I draw him like this? This representation is of the very first Link as shown in the official art to the USA NES Zelda manual. I have a few scans you can see here if you don't believe me: 24.media.tumblr.com/tumblr_ltd…}

day 2: -Wind Waker, Tetra- _{At first, I really didn't like this Pirate girl, even after completing the game. However, after a few replays, she grew on me. She's a fun character! (spoiler warning!! I actually like this Princess Zelda alter ego more than Sheik now.)

day 3: Link to the Past, Link's Uncle- _{when I first played the game, that scene where you get his sword- I cried D:> I was 8, it was the first time a video game made me cry. Poor Link's uncle ;^; anyways, despite his minor role in the game, I still really like him. I drew him from the LttP official art rather than his sprite. The two are so different. actually, look at some of the official art to LttP then the character sprites! hardly any of the characters match.}

day 4: - Ocarina of Time- Young Zelda. _{oh wow, the memories this game holds for me. I picked this Zelda rather than the older one, because her younger self is still important, but you never see to much art of it! I really like this design for her. It's pretty cute!}

day 5: -Link's awakening, Marin- _{My most favorite Zelda female! I've always loved this character. Not many people these days have played the game due to it's age, but if you get the chance to, you won't be disappointed! Thankfully I've never had to have her yell 'THIEF' at me~ Took me a few tries before I got the special ending!}

day 6: Majora's Mask, Fierce Deity Link- _{Seemed like a suitable character for a day where people dress up with masks. Probably the most awesome and powerful Link we have seen to date. I just loooooooove this mask. However, I did not earn it my first time beating Majora. I couldn't get threw the Goron dungeon area. I could NEVER get it right! well, it takes me about 45 minutes to complete the Goron area even today... oh the frustration~}

Day 7: -ZeldaII: Adventure of Link, Error- _{probably the most famous character from that game XD. You know, whenever someone asks for my name, or ask who I am, I can't help but shout 'I AM ERROR' at them... Actually, Error is my nickname at work because of that *derp* I drew him from his sprite so it's probably off.... ZOMG!! if you don't mind a little dirty humor, I suggest looking up the ZeldaII game hack called 'adventure of Error' in which you play the game Zelda II, but as Error with all the characters saying different things as well as NES sprites from other games as monsters.}

day 8: -Twilight Princess, Agitha- _{My favorite character from Twilight Princess~ Some people think she's creepy and weird, but I think how she acts just makes her an interesting and unique character!}

day 9: -Oracle of Seasons, Din- _{I messed up on this one X___x Din is supposed to have darker skin than this. ah well, hopefully people won't mind to much? Anyways...How many other people loved to see Link dance with her as much as I did? I've actually only played threw this game once, as I only own Oracles of ages of the two, so my memory of it is a little hazy.}

day 10: -Spirit Tracks, Chancellor Cole- _{LE GASP! I finally drew a villain! Seeing I was pretty bias when choosing characters, only 5 bad guys are in this D:> s-sorry villain lovers! Now, this guy is so adorable to me! I know he's bad, but I can't help but want to give him a big hug~ his design makes me thing he's Irish, so I picture him with an Irish accent. top hats are so awesome, that he needs 2!}

day 11: multi Zelda tittles, Tingle- _{OK, I understand you may not like him, but think about it, he's the ONLY Zelda character besides Link to have his own OFFICIAL game! HECK he's getting another one too. It just wouldn't be right to leave him out when he's such an important character. I'll admit, I HATED him to death in MM and WW, but after some time, he really grew on me. Now I am sort of eager to see what crazy stuff he'll be doing in the newer games! I wonder if he'll be in Skyward Sword... I guess I'll end this with a: HE IS A LOT HARDER TO DRAW THAN HE LOOKS!}

day 12: -Link to the Past, Bunny Link- _{Now I know I've drawn him before like this, but I couldn't pass up the chance to draw rabbit Link again :3 I still wish you could have done more as the rabbit though, would have been fun to defeat Ganon with a pink bunny!}

day 13 -Wind Waker, Ganondorf- _{about time I got around to him, yeah? Well, sadly this is the only Ganondorf you'll see D: I can not draw this guy to save my life! For the sake of respect I at least attempted to draw him. I chose my favorite design for him, his Wind waker look! armored up Ganondorf is nice and all, like you see in TP and OoT, but I LOVE him in this getup. ahaaa, the way I drew him, he looks like Penguindorf.}

day 14: -Four Swords/Four Swords adventure, Zelda- _{another cute design of Zelda you hardly see used by anyone. I think her hair is supposed to be in a braid, but I drew it down...meh.... With the WiiU will there be another FSA game??! certainly has potential.}

day 15: -Ocarina of Time, Mido- _{this was original going to be Saira, but then I realized that Saria is a very popular Kokiri. I wanted to give art to a character who doesn't get enough. so I picked the self proclaimed boss of the Kokiri! I liked Mido, DEAL WITH IT. I know he's a jerk to you when you start out, but he's just jealous of Link. After some time in the game, you see he really isn't that bad. tried to get him with his epic hands on hips pose~}

day 16: -Adventure of Link, Shadow Link- _{Gosh, it took me forever to beat this guy first time around! I know what you are thinking! that I got lazy with this one, and yes it was the quickest character with only taking 30 minutes to do, but I wanted to only do a shadow like silhouette, since that is what dark/shadow Link started as. He looks a little OoT-ish though rather than ZeldaII :/}

day 17: -Four Swords, Great Fairy of sea of trees- _{I knew I had to choose a great fairy to draw for this, but I had a hard time narrowing it down. I've always liked the great fairies done up in lovely gowns. I know that Fairies are not usually the ones to care about clothing and such, but I still like them designed like this! Why did I pick this great fairy out of the 3? well obviously because of the green ^^ meh, the face is pretty screwed up this one.}

day 18: -Oracle of ages, Nayru- _{I loved this game! So much fun going back and forth threw the times to do tasks, plus it has one of my favorite items I'd very much like to see make a return(but probably never will). I think I may have drawn her dress and ruffles the wrong way, but- she's still very pretty!}

day 19: -Majora's Mask, Skullkid- _{You know, Majora's mask never really got the attention it deserved. I find this game absolutely amazing! the concept and story were all very clever and new to the series. I really hope that a 3DS version is released some time in the future! OH GOSH! even better is if there was a 'master quest' version with tougher dungeons like they did for OoT! er..yeah, skullkid! he's cool! I think this is the one I did the best job on...}

day 20: -Twilight Princess, Midna- _{original she was not in this project, but I was asked to add her very nicely. I am really glad I did now, because a lot of you were very happy when you recognized the quote! I-I sort of wish I spent more time on her now, and got all the details on her helmet drawn. sorry for the laziness everyone! Anyways, Midna is far from my favorite Zelda character. Don't get me wrong I think she's a cool character, with a cool story, but she just isn't a type of character I like. *gets shot by Midna fans*}

day 21: -Minish cap, Vaati- _{Vaati has been in a few tittles now, but I picked his Hylian like look from Minish cap. To be honest, he doesn't look that evil in this design. Lotsa purple going on here! I liked Minish cap lots and lots, but it was WAY to short(and easy) P: I still liked it better than both DS Zelda titles though. Nintendo needs to make an original and long Zelda handheld that doesn't star the toon style Link X__x hopefully with the 3DS being awesome and all, we'll see a cool new handheld title in the future!}

day 22: -Wind Waker, Aryll- _{GAAAH she's so cute! I adore Aryll! If you didn't already figure it out from the 'uncle' day, I love the idea of Link having a family. Especially siblings! It makes him more believable of a character, plus adds more emotion to the games. I'd like to see Aryll again, and if not, then Link with another kind of sibling! derp, her legs look really messed up in this though...}

day 23: -Ocarina of Time, Sheik- _{another character I was asked very nicely to include. Ah Sheik...the creator of the most famous debate in video game history: Male or Female. To me, Sheik is female, but, I will not bug out if you say you think Sheik is male. Everyone has their own views after all! What's with the weird pose? I originally had a chain whip taunt in her hand, but, THAT'S ONLY IN SMASH BROTHERS! so I quickly removed it and redid the hands. I know, it's bad XD.}

day 24: -Phantom Hourglass, Linebeck- _{LINEBECK, YOU SEXY BEAST! You didn't think I would forget him, did you? this guy made PH! I didn't really like the game to much, but Linebeck made it so enjoyable! Ever since THAT scene where you first meet, I've just love this guy to pieces. He's the coolest partner they've given Link! I wish to see more Linebeck Nintendo. OwO pweeeeeese?}

day 25: -Skyward Sword, Link and Zelda- <sub>seems fitting these two be in the final day since it WAS a count down to SS, yes? I have successful avoided spoilers to the game, so other than these two and their birds, I don't know what any other character looks like, so that's why it's them. (I would appreciate if you kept your comments from spoiler info too please) I hope you liked seeing each character! I also hope everyone who wants the game, gets a chance to play Skyward Sword. As for myself, you probably won't hear from me for a bit after today D:> the game will own me~
