part of a 3 part commission some (non DA) people who are makeing a fan made post OoT Manga asked for. They had asked I try to mimic the style used in the OoT Manga, but I had never read/seen it before
 thankfully, they were kind enough to send me a few scans, this 3 part commission they wanted consists of a colored full body of the character, near 40 sketchy facial expressions to use as references in their Manga, and a colored sitting pose. actually....this is the 5th set that these same people commissioned me to draw... well, I rather like the figure, probably the best Link I ever drew to date!! if you can ignore the to pinkish skin. the background though, is awful. I made it in like 15 minutes, so I guess I'm using that as an excuse. oh yeah, Navi is done badly as well... they didn't ask for a BG, I made this BG just for my DA gallery, so I wouldn't be submitting another PNG file.... ...even if I hate the BG....it's better then the ugly black preview and thumb DA makes... once I'm finished with this Commission, I'll be back fully on DA, ready to take care of my messages! 'cause there are alot backed up X_x hey, is it legal to be hired to draw a character for someone, if that person isn't the legal owner of that character? if not, I'm sorry Nintendo and I will send you the whole $15 I made on the 3 part set  don't sue me!!Link and Legend of Zelda (c) to Nintendo |
