Anyway, I think both characters are brilliant, and each holds a great chance of winning! Makes this week a hard choice for me .
I think that with Rios variety to her moves, if she could get in close to Proto, she just might beat him, so my vote will have to go for Rio (sorry Proto

She'd be able to fly and attack Proto as he recovers from the shattering floor. This is a huge advantage for her.
Once again, though, I'd expect it to be a very close match, but my vote goes to Rio.

Proto is a ranged fighter, but due to all that metal, is probably quite heavy and hard to knock off.
