summary: Rio has a really sharp mind, and a talent to be a wonderful mage, and she trained and rose to the commander’s rank. In battles, she uses her sharpness to lead the way to victory. Because she trained in the early years of her life, she is not a girly-girl, and she is really angry when treated like a tender little girl, especially from men. She can’t jump really high with up and B move for recovery, but her midair jump lets her fly. She uses Wind and Light magic mainly, but she can also do a bit of Ice magic. Palutena’s Sacred Lance is a double-pointed lance that can be separated. Rio can create two blades with her lance, giving her a great variety to her moves.

B: Palutena Lance(Charges and throws the lance)
Up and B: Eternal Cross(Shoots out a giant cross and aims it at the opponent. Something like Ness's PK thunder)
Side and B: Slash Cyclone(Twirls the lance sideways)
Down and B: Sword change(changes the lance into the sword)

when Palutena’s Sacred Lance is split:

B: Palutena Blade(something like Roy and Marth’s B move with two swords)
Up and B: Eternal Cross(same as the lance move)
Side and B: Cutter Boomerang(Throws the sword)
Down and B: Lance change(change the swords into the lance)

Summary profile: At one time he was a normal person living in the real world. Then, one day he joined an virtual MMORPG called "Pixel Wars". As the user "Proto", he explored the virtual world for a short time before a twist of fate had him teleported to an unknown server. Here, he found a rare item known as "The Omega Gem". Almost as soon as he obtained the gem, Proto found himself in a world of trouble. After a battle with a fierce enemy known only as "General Sigma", Proto ended up learning more about his "destiny". He was to be the Savior of the Pixel War world.

special moves:

B: Plasma Blast, charge up shot (press B again to shoot)

B/over: Plasma Burst (large shot, weaker than fully charged Plasma Blast)

B/up: Omega Teleport- Teleports Proto in the direction of the joystick, when it occurs, creates a harmful energy field at the point of origin. The teleport is quite an effective recovery, as it goes a considerable distance. Just try not to do it in the wrong direction!

B/down: Proto Shield- Proto blocks with his shield. Similar to Fox's barrier, it reflects projectiles, but it only shields his front.

stage: Sky World. This is the same stage that Pit uses in the upcoming game, Super Smash Brothers Brawl. for those who don't know, the stage is set in Angel land.

The floors are Break away, and will cause who ever is on them to fall, however they come back rather quickly.
